The role of knowledge diversity in reducing strategic ambiguity: an analytical study at al-najaf al-ashraf teaching hospital

Abstract

The purpose of the current study is to identify (Knowledge diversity, and strategic ambiguity) and diagnose its level of importance, as well as determine the level of strategic ambiguity in the Najaf Teaching Hospital, and test the contribution of Knowledge diversity to reducing strategic ambiguity. It adopted the descriptive analytical approach and represented the field of study in the health sector and the Najaf Teaching Hospital in the province of Najaf, and a random sample of health workers in the hospital (264) was selected, and the questionnaire was adopted as a basic tool for data and information collection. It consisted of (20) paragraphs about the study variables and their sub-dimensions, and the study tested a number of hypotheses. the study reached a set of conclusions, the most important of which are: The adoption of Knowledge diversity reduces strategic ambiguity in the hospital.
