The mediating effect of organizational power between smart leadership and strategic success: an analytical study in the Directorate of Education in Najaf Governorate
Abstract
The study aims to identify the impact of smart leadership in achieving strategic success through sources of organizational strength, and the study was applied in the Directorate of Education of Najaf Governorate. For the purpose of achieving the objectives of the study, a hypothetical model was built that determines the nature of the relationship between the independent variable smart leadership and its dimensions, the mediating variable sources of organizational power and its dimensions, and the dependent variable strategic success and its dimensions. This study was applied in the Directorate of Education of Najaf Governorate. A questionnaire was adopted for the purpose of data collection. The study reached a set of conclusions, the most important of which are: Strategic success is one of the most important critical goals for business organizations in order to contact them with society, which requires a set of basic elements that contribute To achieve it by supporting smart leadership with organizational strength.
