The study was applied in the General Directorate of Education in Najaf Governorate, a hypothetical model was built about the relationship between the independent variable e-management, the mediating variable knowledge efficiency, and the dependent variable strategic performance, and a questionnaire was adopted for the purpose of data collection. The study used a set of statistical methods in data analysis such as correlation coefficients, regression, and structural modeling. The study reached a set of conclusions, the most important of which are: Strategic performance is one of the most important critical goals for organizations because of their direct contact with society, which requires a set of basic elements that contribute to achieving it through supporting e-management with knowledge efficiency.
