Abstract

The response to the COVID-19 pandemic is remedial measures and vaccination. But what if something goes wrong with the vaccine? who is in Charge? Who pays for the damage? Did you miss the WVV1 refresher training for Flemish COVID-19 insurance doctors, vaccinations, and liability, how far do the legal implications extend? COVID-19 Vaccines and Side Effects Every Thursday FAMHP (Federal Agency for Medicines and Health Products) publishes a cumulative overview of reported side effects following the administration of a COVID-19 vaccine in Belgium. On March 4, 2021, the counter reached 4,090 adverse reactions reported, 1,361 of which were treated and registered in the European Pharmacovigilance Database. In this paper, the main points of vaccines and the errors associated with them are highlighted.
