Impact of Information Techno Strategy on the Quality of Higher Education According to the Critical Success Factors Model
Abstract
The aim of this study is to identify the impact of information techno strategy on the quality of higher education in Iraq, based on the mediating role of the critical success factors model, as an innovative mechanism applied in the experiences of improving higher education outcomes, and developing knowledge, social and technological skills. The study used the descriptive analytical method by adopting the questionnaire as the main tool for data collection. The field of study is Iraqi universities, a random sample of 91 teachers was selected, and a structural model was built to identify the causal relationships between the variables, and the data was analyzed by adopting the structural modeling method. The study reached a set of conclusions, the most important of which is that there is a positive effect of information techno strategy in improving the quality of higher education, and this effect increases if critical success factors are adopted, through strategic planning and the availability of information technology infrastructure with skill, experience, knowledge makers and technological competence.
