Abstract

Universities function within a social context and necessarily reflect their environment. The challenges that knowledge society poses new challenges to higher education institutions. Confirming this reality, the potential offered by technologies must be exploited, so that these resources are integrated into university work schemes, but not in any way. It is obvious that higher education institutions cannot remain on the sidelines of this reality and that they must get on the bandwagon of technologies, but in what way, for what, and for what purpose? Sometimes it gives the impression that the cart has been placed before the oxen. this research aims to reduce the possibility of problems and increase opportunities for student success.
